We do not refund for your purchases. The items you purchase are Copy No Mod/No Trans, so you are able to copy them so please don't delete your original box.

We will however resend your item with proof of purchase from you, incase there is an accident and Second Life eats your purchase, or the delivery has failed.

If you ever have questions, comments, concerns please either email us using the form here on this website or send us a Note Card in world. Never just directly IM us, delivery is capped most times with messages.
